About Ida Leichthammer
Im April 2024 beendete ich den berufsbegleitenden Masterstudiengang Personal und Organisation an der Universität Koblenz. Ich verbinde hierbei pädagogische mit kaufmännischen Inhalten und vertiefe mein Interesse in die Organisationsentwicklung. Dabei verknüpfe ich Praxis immer mit Theorie. Nach meinem Umzug (2023) ins schöne Freiburg war ich zunächst als Projektkoordination und Coach in der arbeitsmarktnahen Erwachsenenbildung tätig. Als Projektkoordination betreute ich 2022 ein Team von Pädagog:innen, verknüpfte Leitung und operative Umsetzung. Als Mitarbeiterin der politischen Bildung erstellte ich 2021-2022 Projektkonzepte für neue Fördergelder, konzipierte Workshops für pädagogische Fachkräfte und deren Klient:innen, akquirierte Auftraggebende und führte Bedarfserhebungen über politische Bildung im pädagogischen Alltag.
