Besides my business career, I have experience from professional sports in road cycling and represent the Finnish National cycling team. Topics that I'm passionate about are organizational and employee wellbeing, inclusivity and bringing the best out of each individual. I have graduated with honors with an M.Sc. in Business Administration from Aalto University. In addition, I have completed basic studies in Psychology. In my Master's Thesis I combined my interest and passion in both topics: Knowledge Work Interrupted: A Quantitative Study on the Relationship Between Interruptions and Cognitive Flexibility Costs.
