About Idalis Vallejo

Hi everyone, I am Idalis (eye-dallas) Vallejo! My diverse skill set has been shaped through hands-on experiences in marketing, education, and global engagement. My career journey began while completing my BS in Business Administration at California State University, Chico, complemented by a study abroad experience in Florence, Italy, an opportunity that transformed my perspective and ultimately guided me to the roles I hold today. In my current role as a Content Creator at Pivota Marketing, I design and manage multiple pieces of content each month across social media, email, blogs, and websites, helping brands from multiple industries grow their presence and engagement through strategic storytelling. At the same time, I serve as an English Language Assistant in Madrid, Spain, supporting secondary school students with grammar, vocabulary, and writing, while collaborating with teachers to meet educational goals. Because my experience abroad changed my life, I now pay it forward as a Scholarship Reviewer for the Fund for Education Abroad. I review applications and interview candidates to support diverse, underrepresented students in pursuing study abroad opportunities. My passion lies in connecting people and ideas, whether that’s through digital content, cross-cultural education, or uplifting others in their academic and professional journeys.
