With years of experience in executive search and talent acquisition, I am an Associate Recruiter at Charles Aris Executive Search, a leading firm that specializes in finding and landing leaders for strategy and corporate development roles. I assist practice leaders internally in finding qualified candidates, coach candidates and clients through the entire interview and hiring process, and manage relationships among all parties to ensure strong outcomes for all involved.
