I am a hands-on problem solver with a strong attention to detail. With 15 years of experience as an R&D engineer specializing in industrial and mechanical design, I have effectively combined expertise in both fields. My professional background equips me to achieve goals efficiently, whether working independently or collaboratively. I focus on design thinking, creative development, material application, and flexible use of processing technology. I am good at turning fascinating ideas into outstanding products and design beyond request. Moreover, I usually negotiate with both manufacturers and suppliers for better methods or solutions. In addition to my forte, I have solid experience in follow-up matters after mass production, such as process management, production supervision, quality assurance, internal and external product education and training affairs, after-sales maintenance, etc. Also, I am responsible for patent portfolio. These different ranges of assignment have indeed broadened my scope of knowledge and thought patterns. Furthermore, I can deal with the jobs in a quick tempo of variable strategic decision-making and quite constrained projects. Throughout my career, I worked on a variety of design categories, including consumer electronics, kitchenware, houseware, travelling accessories, bike accessories, furniture functional hardware, electromechanical actuator, electric patient hoist lift, medical handset and electric stand desk. By keeping curiosity, travelling, daily life interactions and plenty of observations, I’ve trained myself to shape thoughtful of works and thinking out of the frame. Likewise, nature is my fountain of inspirations. Besides, I appreciate innovation that creates a sophisticated balance between aesthetic and function as well as traditional crafts. I am interested in solving questions and striving for details. I like to take tasks actively. I am always willing to have new opportunities and face different challenges. My target is delivering meaningful design to inspire people forwards and warm people’s hearts.
