I'm a creative manager with more than 15 years’ hands-on experience in creating marketing design and video assets. I'm a passionate storyteller, conceptual thinker, who likes to create a complete vision of motion, design, branding, and messaging that are highly innovative, engaging, valued by customers, and fun. I like to describe myself as a Swiss Knife, with functional extensive experience, working with all formats of marketing platforms; digital marketing and branding, video production and animation, international on-line and off-line events, creating marketing collateral for digital and print. Including great emphasis on social media marketing, design and trends, measuring, and optimizing KPIs aligned with the business strategy. Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of leading vibrant and creative individuals & teams, as well as managing successfully outsource service providers such as animators, designers, videographers, video editors, copywriters and translators. I have worked in global companies and have experience in developing international campaigns. Major Accomplishments: Within a year, established from scratch, the video unit which produced 20-25 clips per year. Most of them achieved over 90% view rate. Was rewarded with the CEO award for Best Innovative Project. Initiated re-branding of all RADWIN’s products packaging, which led to a major improvement in the positioning of the company, marketing, and sales. Successfully reduced cost of outsourced creative services, around 30%, by negotiating and locating service providers.
