Effective Design & Technical coordination and finalization of all Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and PHE Design. Implementation of BIM & ERP, ISO 14001-2018 OHSAS 18001 SA Providing immediate and effective solution at the site and providing uninterrupted fronts to the Contractors. Strategizing and implementing Sales, CRM & Marketing to the specific markets and customers’ requirements to improve Revenue Generation of the present and future developments. Sanction Drawings UDCPR, High Rise Permission, PWD, Fire NOC, MoEF CC – EC, AVIATION Permission, MSEDCL Power sanction, IGBC LEED Certification & FSI Non-FSI study. Finalization of Contracts and Tenders for all Packages of the Project on time and within the budgetary allocation. Pre-Bid - Technical resolution of Contractors. Finalization of Technical and Safety Specifications of the Tender and Project. Effective management of all Vendors, Resources, Contractors, and Suppliers – Finalization of Tendtender contracts Rates finalization with all vendors with all Labour Law compliance – WC PF and ESC policies. MIS – Management Information System Budget Tracking, Planning MPR & DPR presentation.
