About Iftida Yasar

Iftida Yasar is an expert in labor and manpower law, and outsourcing. She currently holds the position of Dewan Pengawas (Supervisory Board) at BPJS Kesehatan. Iftida is also a representative of APINDO and Kadin in national and international level. She started her professional career in Citibank, ABN AMRO Bank, AMROOS Law Consultant, Legal Consultant DPP APINDO and Legal Aid Society for Woman and Family. Iftida is a vendor and consultant for numerous national and international clients such as Bank ABN AMRO (RBS), Citibank, Bank Permata, Bank Mandiri, Bank Niaga, Telkomsel, Nestle, Unilever, Saraswati, Sari Husada, Phillips, and Ancol. She also wrote nine books. Most of the books that she wrote are about outsourcing, namely Sukses Implementasi Outsourcing (2008), Merancang Perjanjian Kerja Outsourcing (2009), Menjadi Karyawan Outsourcing (2011), dan Outsourcing Tidak akan Pernah Bisa Dihapus (2012). One of her book is the one and only book that used as reference about outsourcing in Indonesia. Iftida has experience in teaching, she was an Assistant Lecturer in Faculty of Law University of Jakarta, Assistant in Faculty of Law University of Juanda Bogor, Lecturer in Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan & Ilmu Pendidikan Kusuma Negara and she was also often invited by many reputable University as guest lecturer such as PPM, Faculty of Law University of Indonesia, Parahyangan University, Tarumanegara University, Atmajaya University and UNS.
