About Iga Korzeniowska

I believe communication is the key and this is what I pay most attention to as a Media Planning Manager. Over the years I have learned how a strong message can influence people. On the other hand over communicating might be confusing. Add to that equation budget and you'll have it all there. This is what I try to do in my job every day and as a leader to my team, trying to find most optimized solutions but not killing creativity. I see opportunity in arising issues and I feel creative way of solving problems makes the progress. In my career I came across different projects, I have run them as well, including setting up new channels and merging companies. Creativity, optimization and good nerves were of a great help than. I also believe that if you want to learn something you just have to sit down and do it. This is how gained my VBA skills as I'm an Excel fan! Besides my everyday tasks I try to volunteer to all sorts of activities. I have created a running group, been an ambassador of a brand and each year I'm a champion for our company's Impact Day. This gives a boost of energy, helps meet new people and gives perspective.
