Make decisions on when to repair or replace equipment. •Close co-operation with Procurement and Receiving departments in terms of placing POs, approving prices and expenses, establishing order delivery terms. •Responsible with the documentation dept.(BOM/ECO) •Attend specific trade shows where required. •Daily involvement in planning the jobs on the productions. •As director of operations I was also in charge of the purchasing, stockroom, documentation and quality departments which reported directly to me.
