With extensive experience Ignace acts for many clients on a wide variety of business, commercial, corporate, transport (sea, inland navigation, road, customs.) and trade matters, including dispute resolution, litigation, casualties, corporate sales, transactions, acquisitions, joint ventures, leases and commercial work. Clients include commercial, transport and trade intermediaries, commodity traders, and a broad spectrum of Belgian and international companies whom he advises and assists in relation to all aspects of business, transport, corporate, leasing and commercial issues. Primarily a tactical litigator, through Court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution, including negotiated settlement, but also continuously advising on the drafting of contracts on various commercial matters.
