About Ignacio Arnedo

I started my professional career in 2010 at Simach. This start-up company enhanced their artificial intelligence area to be joining an ambitious project to tackle. During the two years I worked in this company I lead a project to develop a detector of Internet risk behaviors for children. After a successfully completion of the project, I was looking for a projection in my professional career and I accepted to work in a new interesting opportunity at Indra Sistemas. This opportunity was about deploying a series of projects to improve client relation cycle for BBVA bank. At the same time, I collaborated with the artificial intelligence department of Indra based on my experience acquired in Simach and projects for R&D among others. After Indra, I was hired at Capgemini, working for Prosodie Business Unit, place where I’m currently working. During my experience in Prosodie, I have performed different roles in the company, beginning as managing the Delivery department, and moving forward to sales department as presales manager and now leading the Go2Market area. At Prosodie I have developed and improved my sales skills, being focused in business development while I continue managing the delivery of the most important projects of the company. In June'18 I've joined Enghouse Interactive, a multinational Contact Center company that have some of the most important products in the industry. Since April’19 I’ve been working for Salesforce as Solution Engineer. I began in Service Cloud team and moved to Core team in 2022 covering FSI industry. Below are detailed the main responsibilities and profiles which suit my current situation:+ Manager of multidisciplinary teams.+ Presales/Go2Market development.+ Engineering Project Manager.+ Contact Center technologies expert (IVR, ACD, CTI). Both, cloud and on premises solutions.+ Artificial intelligence expert. My personal prospects and career can contribute to help to grow, evolve and improve the business and my staff performance. I think that, one of my major values is my clear intentions to participate in decision making by providing ideas, knowledge, and value.
