About Ignacio Bustamante

Industrial Engineer and Consultant specialized in Project Management, Innovation, and Asset Management. I have worked on projects for major mining companies in Chile and large companies across different industries, always contributing to process transformation and the continuous improvement of their operations. Currently, I work as a Project Manager at Brinca, a strategic consulting firm specializing in Innovation Management and Corporate Evolution. I lead consulting projects, design innovation strategies, and manage change processes, creating tangible value for our clients. My experience also includes university teaching in Reliability Engineering and Asset Management programs, where I have had the opportunity to train professionals in undergraduate, diploma, and master's courses in both Chile and Argentina. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and contributing to the development of industry capabilities. Today, I am teaching undergraduate courses at PUCV. I am motivated by the opportunity to lead transformation projects, optimize operations, and develop innovation strategies that positively impact companies' productivity and competitiveness. My goal is to continue creating innovative solutions that generate sustainable value in a highly dynamic environment.
