About Ignacio Echegoyen

On May 2017 I started my own business by opening a RE/MAX office in Santiago, Chile, where I continue studying to improve my sales, negotiation and leadership skills. Today, I am forming a team of real estate agents who work with passion and professionalism. Our goal is to grow business volume through word of mouth and presence in Social Networks. We seek to make a difference by advising, educating and delivering the best quality of service to our customers, in addition to enhancing the property with good real estate marketing in order to achieve a successful closing. As a Broker in RE/MAX First, my main activities are focused on recruiting, selecting, training, assisting and motivating the agents of our office to develop their own business and provide the best service to their clients. Our mission is to generate a productive work environment, motivating and achievement oriented. Within the framework of the MSc Information Systems Management program (University of Sheffield, England, 2016), I gained knowledge in HR Management, Operations Management, IT Project Management, Change Management and Strategic Planning. I consider myself committed to my work, I seek to achieve demanding performance levels setting clear and challenging goals. I like the dynamics of teamwork, I adapt quickly to new environments and cultures. I have knowledge in the area of ​​Project Management and advanced proficiency in English.
