As an award-winning Human Resources executive, I align operational initiatives with employee engagement and needs. I support the organization by providing Human Resources solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining the workforce, and ensuring regulation compliance in all projects and processes. I have experience streamlining the global systems that help manage personnel and HR changes. My experience extends to Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Panama, Peru, the United States, and Canada. My background also includes being a Service Center Manager in the machine industry. There I concentrated on operations, customer relationships, project management, and customer satisfaction. I developed an award-winning reputation as an excellent communicator and team motivator. In order to get my job done and improve working conditions and general organizational workflow, I collaborate company-wide cross-functionally to ensure all departments work together. For example, for the Six Sigma phone project, as the Service Center Manager for the North America HRIS team, I fixed all the prompts for the phone team because customers and potential job candidates were having so much trouble trying to contact customer service due to confusing automated menu options. This resulted in my team answering other departments calls, which was a big waste of time. I fixed the system so that each department received only the calls that it was supposed to receive. I was named Supervisor of the Year. I am also proud of: Establishing a functional team to prepare for the Workday deployment. Creating a team strategy in Panama to absorb the subsidiary Solar processes and new customers within one year. Enhancing team performance 75% by coordinating an engagement action plan. I continue to share my successes and experiences with companies around the world.
