About Ignacio Gomez

I started my career at Colliers in 2007 as Junior Associate in the Investment department. Since my incorporation, I have been actively involved in all investment transactions whether as member of the team or transaction manager. During all these years working at Colliers, I have acquired extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate industry and in the Slovak and CEE markets in all kind of asset classes and in a wide range of transaction types, representing the buyer or representing the seller. I can manage the whole transaction process, starting with meeting the client, understand his needs and requests, perform the analysis of the property, design the marketing strategy, prepare the marketing material (teaser, investment memorandum) and manage the communication with all investors until reception of offers/LOIs, coordination of the data room and the due diligence process as well as assist in the negotiation of the transaction documentation until signing and closing. Besides Spanish language, I am fluent in English and Slovak and I have obtained the HSK 3 level of Chinese.
