About Ignacio Hehis Piana

Data professional with 6+ years of experience working across international NGOs, global consulting environments, credit information services, and the US airline industry. I design and evolve data products, BI solutions, and analytical capabilities focused on enabling better decisions, increasing business visibility, and driving measurable impact.I operate at the intersection of analytics, business, and product, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders. My background combines strong analytics and data engineering foundations (SQL, analytical modeling, ETL, data platforms, BI and visualization) with a product mindset: defining meaningful KPIs, translating business needs into actionable data solutions, and prioritizing initiatives in close collaboration with stakeholders, from operational teams to executive leadership.I am known for identifying problems before they are explicitly stated, challenging assumptions, and building data products that simplify decision-making and improve organizational efficiency. I am currently transitioning toward a Data Product Manager role, where I aim to maximize the strategic value of data as a product and decision enabler.
