About Ignacio Julve

I am responsible for teams that build and operate technology used for Supply Chain Management at HelloFresh. In order to do that I build strong engineering teams and keep them focused on what the customer needs. That is a fine balance between careful planning and driving execution with a pragmatic getting things done approach. I have extensive experience in building services from scratch as well as growing prototypes into mature products. My focus is understanding what the company needs in order to succeed and then translate that into a meaningful plan that the teams are able to execute. After so many years, it is still clear to me that the most important ingredient of any department is the team. That is why I surround myself with proactive and dynamic workmates that provide new challenges quite often. Together, we deliver best in class products for the company.
