About Ignacio Rodriguez

Through my life I had to face multiple situations and problems. Some technical, some personal. Some of them I had to face them alone, some not. And from all of that I learned many things about stuff and also about myself. I realized I really like designing solutions, which is why I became an engineer, I like using my ingenuity to make everything better- I have successfully completed multiple projects, from low level compiler coding, passing through high grade enterprise software, frameworks and high scale / traffic globally distributed e-commerce systems. Through that process I achieved patents as well, led teams and empowered business a lot- I have also spent 5 years teaching Software Engineering at University, expertise that together with many courses about human resources, human dynamics and effective communications helped achieve many lead roles, lead roles where people choose me as such, not because I was appointed, but because I am reliable, helpful, quick and as I am told, easy to talk to- I love building strong teams, I consider myself good at bringing forth the strengths of people while tackling the shortcomings in way that the team complements nicely and everybody grows and learns- I love empowering people and improving systems- I like being ahead of technology- I have disruptive ideas and innovative ideas- I value the power of diversity and I understand the different ways to communicate with people different personalities and backgrounds.
