As the Base Metals ISOP Manager at Anglo American, I lead the implementation of the Integrated Strategic Operating Plan (ISOP) across the business unit, ensuring alignment with the group strategy and objectives. I have over 15 years of experience in financial and commercial services, spanning multiple industries and geographies.
