As a Product Manager at Delivery Hero, I work with the Anti-Fraud central team, focusing on the Decision Processing squad to enhance our capabilities in preventing fraudulent behaviour across e-commerce platforms, including food delivery and quick commerce. Previously, as a Senior Data Analyst, I contributed to the Fintech Fraud Tribe, where I developed and maintained KPIs, frameworks, and algorithms to identify and mitigate fraud patterns such as promo abuse, refund abuse, and suspicious behavioural trends. I am passionate about leveraging data-driven insights and problem-solving to tackle complex challenges. With a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Master’s degree in Management & Analytics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, I bring a unique interdisciplinary perspective to my work. My academic foundation is complemented by certifications in Data Science, Visualization, and R Basics (edX), and ongoing development in Cloud technologies through Google Associate Certification and AWS courses. My current focus is on honing my skills as a product manager, combining my analytical expertise with strategic thinking to drive impactful solutions. I aspire to continue sharing my knowledge and contributing to the development of innovative tools and strategies that make a difference.
