About Ignacio Torresi

Regional Executive Vice President for Latin America with 15 years' experience in earth sciences, geotechnology, business development with strong focus in natural resources. Currently working for Seequent, the Bentley Subsurface Company, where I head the business unit of Seequent in the region. My key focus areas are growth of our technology portfolio, user success and loyalty and the wellbeing of our colleagues and partners. A geologist by background, I always had a passion for the convergence of field activity and technology. In my current role I use that experience to oversee the strategy and delivery of our solutions to the Latin American market, having as a goal a high standard of operational excellency for our customers in multiple segments of the industry, mainly in Energy, Environment, Civil Engineering and Mining. Career experience includes: field and economic geology, geostatistics, resource modelling, technology, energy transition, mergers and acquisitions, business development, people management, multi-cultural leadership and negotiation.
