About Ignacio Vazquez Hume

I’m an Argentinean Civil Engineer, currently working as a client-side Project Engineer for ADIF S.E, a government dependent administration for railway infrastructure. With seven years of work experience, as a client and as a constructor for private and public sectors, I found myself keenly on Infrastructure matters and large-scale engineering projects. They have put to the test my capabilities and confirmed my passion: building solutions with social impact. Working in oil & gas pipeline projects as in transport and freight railways projects throughout the country improved my ease to adapt to different work environments. I have developed strong problem-solving skills and managed to handle increasing workload with tight deadlines. Furthermore, dealing on a daily basis with interdisciplinary teams, clients and subcontractors have enhanced my soft skills as well. My objective is to continue gaining experience within highly demanding and dynamic teams. I believe this will allow me to perform at the best of my abilities as well as expand my knowledge barriers both technically and personally, in the advance of my professional expertise as a civil engineer.
