Experienced in Commercial and Sales areas with a demonstrated history of working in the largest retailer in Europe (FMCG). I am socially and open-minded and strive for team-oriented solutions. For this, my strong organisational skills and my motivating nature are valuable assets. As a Product Category Commercial Manager with a Master's degree in Innovation and Technology Management, I have gained hands on experience by dealing with the suppliers, optimizing the processes and developing innovative products. With my proficiency in German, I am able to excel in communication and negotiation with domestic and international suppliers while currently working at Lidl Lithuania, the largest retail company in Europe. Certified German Language Diploma (DSD II)- C1 level German, Goethe-Institut e.V. In the Area Manager Trainee at Lidl Germany and Lidl Lithuania, I had the opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge and experience in various roles within the company: Starting from Customer Assistant and progressing through Shift Manager, Deputy Store Manager, and Store Manager positions. While studying Bachelor's studies at the Cooperative State University in Baden-Wuerttemberg in Germany, I gained competencies in innovative product development, delivery business development strategies and improved my business competences in the German market.
