Hello, I’m Ignatius Steven, but at work my colleagues usually call me Tius. I began my career specializing in Learning Design and Curriculum Development, with a strong focus on competency-based training and digital learning to support employee growth and organizational success. Currently, I am expanding my expertise into Technical Audit, particularly in Inventory Audit, where I manage audit activities such as Daily Cycle Count (DCC), Wall-to-Wall audits, stock reconciliations, and loss validations. My role involves ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in inventory processes while driving continuous improvement across hub operations. With a unique blend of people development and process audit experience, I bring both analytical and human-centered perspectives to my work.
