About Ignazio Mario

Since I started university, the scientific and engineering backgrounds allowed me to develop passion and curiosity toward the industrial world. I continuously try to enlarge and deepen my knowledge in different business areas like project management, production, commercial and change management, which I had the opportunity to exploit in different contexts and companies, as I worked as management consultant until the end of 2009. My approach to the Theory of Constraints (TOC) greatly helped me to understand and find the best way to address different issues, without wasting energies and resources on activities with no added value for time. From 2010 I worked in Idrogenet, an engaging and involving start-up company related to neurorehabilitation. This company has been projecting, manufacturing and delivering innovative medical devices for rehabilitation. In 2018 I left Idrogenet Srl, by that time well positioned on the market, and while still maintaining a role as a member of the board, I started to work in our family company Mario Fernando Group srl. Our company operates in the industrial sector of cold sheet metal deformation, with a wide range of applications including automotive, marine, food industry, plumbing and so on. Thanks to the paramount expertize acquired in decades by its founder Mr. Mario Fernando, our customers can benefit from the highest capabilities of design and manufacture of moulds, which we can also use to supply OEM parts, managing all the phases from production to final assembly and quality controls.
