Hi! I’m Igor Avelar, a professional with over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, and in recent years I have expanded my career into manufacturing, currently working as a Manufacturing Excellence Analyst at Nestlé. My background combines strong expertise in IT with hands-on experience in Operational Excellence, TPM, and Digital Transformation. I have led projects that connected technology and manufacturing operations to measurable results, such as Power BI dashboards that reduced reporting time by 40%, Power Apps solutions that automated critical workflows, and training programs that enabled 100+ employees in continuous improvement and TPM practices. I hold a Postgraduate Degree in Production Engineering, an MBA in People Management and Leadership, and I am currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence. I am also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, with practical application in a loss-reduction project. My goal is to continue driving organizational performance in multinational environments by combining data analytics, TPM, digital innovation, and process management to deliver efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainable business value.
