My name is Igor, and I'm the CEO of Diligent. When I founded Diligent in November 2018, I precisely knew what kind of company I want to build. A company I would be happy working in if I was an employee. So I did, and now Diligent became the workplace of 17 other people that together make a team I am truly proud of. And what do we do? Our job is to develop business. We serve the right people with the right kind of information at the right time. Or more accurately, we are a marketing agency that helps companies make more money through diligent PPC advertising, web analytics & conversion-oriented landing page design. We apply our knowledge and processes to improve our client's businesses. How do we do it? Pay-Per-Click is the primary driver of traffic. PPC can be either super productive or a colossal waste of money - and that depends only on the skillset of the person who's managing it. I recognized that as a business opportunity and started Diligent Biz. Our PPC department specializes in running paid campaigns on Google, Bing, Facebook, Amazon, and any other PPC platform. They are responsible for optimizing existing campaigns, finding opportunities for scaling, researching "Top, Middle & Bottom of the Funnel" targeting options, and ensuring our clients' money is being invested wisely. Whoever clicks on our ad goes somewhere. And that is where our CRO department comes in. They build landing pages for cold traffic and remarketing, adjusting what we communicate or specifically to whom and when. We approach differently someone who is visiting the website for the first time and someone who is our customer/client for six months now. Our Web Analytics department is responsible for analyzing what people do once they land on the landing page and website. Their job is to understand the strong and weak points of the funnel, the reasons people are not converting, and how they navigate on the website before they convert. And together, we dig deep to help you make more money!
