As a NETWORK ENGINEER, I have solid experience in corporate communications for medium and large companies. With an emphasis on Cisco voice and video communication networks, but also with EXPERIENCE in other manufacturers such as Genesys, Avaya and Microsoft. Working for around 10 years in the areas of systems implementation and support, I have developed advanced techniques and effective methods for PROBLEM SOLVING in large-scale communications networks. Additionally, I have experience in creating technical documentation, solution design and specialized training. Main Achievements: Implementation of the project to keep the environment (CUCM) clean, avoiding misuse of licenses, focusing not only on organizing the environment but also on reducing costs. Responsible for migrating all Citibank Brazil telephony from Avaya to the Cisco solution (CUCM). Restructuring the process of creating new requirements and incidents for voice applications through Service-Now for the EMEA region.
