I am a business-oriented Technical Director and product leader who bridges strategy and execution. I turn market insight into clear product features, translate those into roadmaps/PRDs, and lead cross-functional teams (HW/FW/SW/ME/Ops/QA) to deliver useful, scalable products on time and within budget. I’m comfortable making hard trade-offs across value, timeline, and cost, and I keep teams aligned through crisp goals, operating cadences, and transparent metrics. On the product side, I run discovery with customers and partners, size opportunities, define positioning, and shape MVPs that de-risk early. I use data to prioritize, set OKRs and adoption/reliability KPIs, and work closely with PMM/Revenue on launch plans, enablement assets, and field feedback loops. I partner with Finance on business cases, pricing/packaging, and unit-economics improvements. On the execution side, I own the path from concept to scale: portfolio planning, vendor/ODM strategy, and NPI/DFM/quality gates through certification and ramp. I build global, matrixed teams, coach team members and create rituals that shorten cycle time while improving reliability and cost. I’m equally at home in startup and scale-up environments. Commercially, I bring a customer-facing mindset, comfortable with executive briefings, conferences/roadshows, and joint value narratives with partners and investors.
