About Igor L.

Immediately after graduating from university, I began my career in the start-up advertising agency "Sens". My first role was as a traditional advertising manager. After a year I became the advertising department head. A year later I became head of the sales department, which I had to create. I simultaneously managed both departments for 2 and ½ years. During this period I got my introduction to the IT field, as I managed the development and implementation of our own proprietary CRM system from scratch. My next challenge was to open a new branch of the company in Kiev. During this period, I was responsible for establishing an office and printing production facility in Kiev, as well as hiring and training our entire staff. At the same time I was still working as Head of the sales department. As a result of the new CRM system, we increased productivity by more than 50%. I consider this as my greatest contribution to the company’s success. After leaving "Sens", I continued to immerse myself in IT, learning HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL. I also studied Agile and software testing methodologies, and learned to use Jira and Trello. I am currently working at Odysseus Data Services and I am once again responsible for opening a new branch of a company in Ukraine.
