About Igor Majoros

My professional career took off in 2002 after completing my study at Southwest Baptist University as a professional basketball player. After 9 years of successful competing at highest level in several European basketball leagues and Slovakian National team I have decided to accept a job offer from AT & T Slovakia as a Project Implementation Manager. My responsibility was to manage implementation part of various small to medium sized IT projects for different service lines within AT & T (Commercial, IGA, GTM) across EMEA region to meet customer expectations and satisfaction. In 2018 after 7,5 years working as Project Implementation Manager I came to realize it is time for me to move forward in my career and decided to accept a position of Service Manager within AT & T. My new position was exactly the new challenge I was looking for. The new environment I found myself in was very dynamic and colorful. I became directly engaged with AT & T customers helping them to navigate and solve complex IT, billing and provisioning issues to make sure operational/contractual commitments and service level agreements are met to their full satisfaction. I remain working as AT & T Service Manager to this day however due to Global organizational change initiated recently by AT & T I found myself on the market for a new job position again.
