As a seasoned engineering leader with over a two decades of experience managing high-impact teams across diverse domains, I thrive at the intersection of technology, people, and strategy. I currently serve as a Principal Group Engineering Manager at Microsoft, where I lead cross-functional teams in Azure DevOps focused on Identity, Access Management, Commerce, and Security. I'm also continue to drive delivery and mobile applications monitoring with the App Center team. My leadership journey spans more than 20 years, during which I’ve guided teams ranging from 5 to 70 engineers. I bring a strong technical foundation, a passion for building scalable systems, and a deep commitment to fostering inclusive, high-performing cultures. My career has also included time in the shipbuilding and steel construction industries, where I implemented company-wide process improvements—an experience that sharpened my ability to drive transformation in complex environments. I’m energized by challenges, motivated by impact, and always open to learning.
