I build and lead engineering teams that deliver, grow, and stay resilient. With over 8 years in tech and a strong academic foundation (Master's degree) in management and business (base of MBA), I know what it takes to connect robust technical execution with a healthy team culture and sustainable processes. My focus is people first: hiring the right talent, developing leaders, creating clear roles and accountability, and building an environment where engineers own what they build. I drive delivery through structure - designing simple, scalable processes, setting clear KPIs, and removing roadblocks before they appear. I connect engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align roadmaps, translate strategy into action, and ensure delivery is reliable and measurable. I create and enhance processes that help teams stay focused, proactively eliminate obstacles, and drive key performance indicators that truly matter. I stay close to technology when it creates leverage: I have hands-on experience with FE and BE stacks, cloud infrastructure, architecture, and DevOps skills, enabling me to guide technical decisions and mentor teams effectively. My goal is to lead R&D organizations that don’t just deliver - they innovate, adapt, and thrive.
