Over the last 12+ years, I have worked with over fifty digital leaders, managers, and organizations worldwide helping them reach their digital transformation goals. Besides applying the standard project methodology, I have a very personal approach in the sense that I like to understand the behavioral and cultural aspect of individuals/teams. I am also aware of multicultural differences being myself an individual with multiple cultural backgrounds and having worked worldwide.
