About Igor Sataric

I like solving problems with technology and building agile high-performance teams able to bring innovative solutions to daily challenges. I always try to keep the focus on the "big picture" and make data-driven decisions with a healthy dose of gut feeling. I evangelize the same principles to all my teams, especially when faced with adversity - step back, take another look at the big picture, assess objectively what you know, and trust your knowledge and instincts to build the path towards the resolution. I had an opportunity to grow my skill set and hone my leadership skills on projects in North and Central America, Asia, and South Africa, during all phases of project realization - from pre-sales activities, consulting, and system design, through system handover and training, to technical support. From these experiences, I also learned about the different cultural aspects of the work environment that need to be considered to get the project across the finish line. I'll never miss an opportunity to learn new skills or share my knowledge. I do not allow a single day to pass without learning something new. It can be block-chain implementation technology, the best way to make a grilled cheese, or how to repair a scratch on the bumper. These are all building blocks that make us who we are, as a person and professionals.
