About Igor Sretkov

I never set out to be a recruiter but as it turns out, it’s exactly where I belong. Got hooked on the detective work: building sourcing strategies with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS, tracking down passive candidates everywhere from social media groups to developer forums, and turning high-volume recruiting into a process where outreach feels personal and candidates actually engage. Over the past years, I’ve hired all kinds of profiles: from embedded, full-stack, frontend, backend, system, data engineers, to accountants, social media specialists, project managers, designer etc. Technical or not, senior or junior, it doesn’t matter. If there's a hiring need, I’ll figure out how to fill it. Worked in agencies, startups, outsourcing and product companies. Been one man band (sole recruiter), in teams, and also a team leader. Built processes from scratch, helped scale teams from 15 to 70 people, and always made sure candidates don’t get lost in ATS (applicant tracking system) or inbox. Candidate experience and employer branding are always a priority for me. Industries? A bunch: SaaS, automotive, fintech, gaming, AI, logistics. I don’t really limit myself. Give me a role and some context, and I’ll find the right people. I’ve also handled sales, built outreach campaigns, developed ICPs, led meetings with potential clients, reviewed contracts, and sourced new candidates.
