About Igor Stepaniec

I see myself as a dynamically developing young researcher with a strong need to further strengthen my position in the world of science and clinical trials. For over seven years I have been interested in and actively worked in the fields closely related to stem cells, ATMP and carcinogenesis. Two years ago I’ve decided to change my career route and test myself in the field of clinical trials, starting as GSA and after a year got promotion to be a manager. I have learnt that clinical trials are my cup of tea, especially since I’ve found out that many of my skills and personality traits are useful and desired in this environment. Therefore I eager to take more complex challenges and broaden my knowledge. I feel huge motivation to deliver the highest quality by knowing that my daily work helps patients across the world. Overall, despite the fact I’ve joined clinical trials in only November 2021, I am delighted to see the change I’ve made for myself, my colleagues and my studies – it is way bigger than I have ever expected it to be.
