About Ihor Shevchenko

Tech-Driven Leader I’m a tech-savvy leader with an engineering mindset and 15+ years of experience delivering complex, cross-platform solutions across Telecom, Energy, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance. I’ve led globally distributed teams across Europe and North America, built QA departments from scratch, and driven digital transformation at scale. From startups launching MVPs to enterprises undergoing major tech shifts — I bring an agile mentality to every challenge: move fast, stay focused, iterate smart. 🧠 I’ve worn many hats — Engineer, QA Lead, Technical Manager, Delivery Manager — giving me the ability to connect business goals with technical execution. I thrive in fast-paced environments where innovation, 🤝 collaboration, and real impact matter. Outside of industry, I’ve spent 7+ years teaching Software Quality Assurance at private academies and the National Technical University of Ukraine — because I believe strong teams start with strong mentorship. I’m also actively involved in volunteer initiatives. I value the opportunity to help others. ‍ When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me outdoors — cycling, trail running, hiking, or supporting local sports events. I strongly advocate for an active lifestyle and believe physical movement fuels mental clarity and leadership. Curious by nature, driven by challenge, and passionate about building products, people, and communities that scale. Whether you're growing a startup or transforming an enterprise — I’m all in.
