I am a Scrum Master at LINQ, a leading provider of software solutions for the Education Management, Financial Services, and Health Care industry. With over 5 years of experience in agile project management, I coach and serve 1–3 Scrum teams in delivering value to the customers and achieving their goals. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas, and I am certified as a Scrum Master, an Advanced Scrum Master, and a SAFe Scrum Master by Scrum Alliance and Scaled Agile, Inc. My core competencies include agile leadership, communication, and time management. I facilitate Scrum practices, remove impediments, and support Product Owners and teams in grooming and maintaining the product backlog, estimating, and planning.
