I am a dedicated and compassionate social work professional pursuing my Master of Social Work at UC Berkeley, with a strong background in supporting youth and families. My passion lies in creating safe, inclusive spaces where young people feel heard, valued, and empowered. With hands-on experience in school-based mental health, I provide individual and group counseling, collaborate with educators and families to develop tailored intervention plans, and connect students to critical resources that enhance their well-being. My work at Oakland Unified School District and my past roles at Girls Inc, El Camino Elementary, and the Boys & Girls Club have reinforced my commitment to advocacy, equity, and mental health access for all. I thrive in multidisciplinary teams, bringing strong case management, crisis intervention, and cultural competency skills to my work. As I continue my journey in social work, I am eager to expand my impact whether through direct client support, policy advocacy, or community-driven initiatives.
