Hello! I’m Ilakkiya, an HR professional currently working in the Talent Acquisition team at Bosch. My role primarily focuses on managing key hiring processes, including both campus recruitment and lateral hiring, which allows me to work across different levels of the organization. With a background in engineering and MBA,I bring a unique perspective to my HR role. My technical education has provided me with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, which I now apply to human resources, particularly in talent acquisition. As a former engineer, I have gained the ability to approach challenges methodically and strategically, a skill that serves me well when it comes to identifying the right candidates for various roles.
