I am an innovative technology leader with a proven track-record of building high-performing technology delivery teams across product development, operations, product management, and information security. An accomplished speaker and organizational leader skilled at adapting organizational needs to meet changing market demands. Product portfolio experience includes large scale SaaS, cybersecurity, high-volume messaging systems, and AI/NLP. Currently, I lead technology services (engineering, QA, IT,(Dev)Ops, and Information Security) at AutoFi, a digital retail platform that's changing the online consumer car shopping experience. Prior to AutoFi, I held various leadership roles at Sphera, Avaya, LIveOps, KACE (acquired by Dell), and Sybase (acquired by SAP), driving product innovation & organizational efficiency. My years of working at technology start-ups have taught me that a culture of innovation (willingness to experiment and see failure as a learning opportunity) and a collaborative leadership (practicing the concept of “shared interests”) are key to success.
