About Ilaria Borin

Multicultural background and polyglot, my native language is Italian, but I have an excellent level of English, good level of Portuguese and Spanish, and scholastic German. I have built my career in the service industry, working in a Fotune 500 company, with one of the biggest and most reknown social networks as a Client. Starting my career as a Content Moderator, I moved on to Subject Matter Expert, Policy Analyst (with experience in Change Management), and now Policy Lead, managing a team of Policy Analysts and ensuring results on a local and international level. Thanks to my diverse career, I was able to gain a wide range of skills, both technical and soft skills, which span from excellent team working, managing Client and internal communication, risk assessment and prevention, ability to form meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders, organizing, planning and delivering training, managing change, and managing people. I am now starting my learning journey in Project Management, where I plan to switch my career to.
