13 years of experience in construction of different infrastructural projects. More that 10 years expense as a Project manager & technical specialist with capabilities to manage projects from the concept till putting into operation. Experienced in-Project Management-Field development (facilities for onshore and offshore), design & construction-Investment analysis-Financial forecasting-Commercial strategy development & price modelling-Project realisation and control at all stages-Management, supervising and coordination of project interfaces between all parties including engineering (Russian Design Institutes (RDI) and foreign companies) and construction contractors. Project Methodology. Implementation of various management systems (PMS; QMS; HSE etc) on the project. Development and implementation of quality requirements (including third Party inspection at manufacturer facilities, etc.) in tenders, contracts, and manufacturing procedures. Familiar with Russian legislation and regulations closely connected with temporary buildings and hazardous facilities of different classes. Appropriate knowledge of applicable codes, standards including API, ANSI, DNV, BS, RMRS, ISO regarding safety, quality, oil & gas design and construction. Passed a lot of courses focused on environmental solutions in oil and gas industry-Drilling Pressure Management (DPM)-Centrifugal pumps-Pneumatic transportation system (CleanCut)-Drilling fluids-Fluid economics-Waste management (collection and transportation systems)-ES basic (basic knowledge about all M-I SWACO equipment)-Drilling technologies and systems-Vertical dryer (Verti-G). Computer experience: MS Office, MS Project, Visio, Outlook, AutoCAD (2D and 3D), 1С,Revit Structure, Allplan and etc.
