About Ildephonse Niyonsaba

Mr. Ildephonse Niyonsaba has over 15 years of project design, management, and implementation experience. Over the past seven years, he has executed a leadership role within the Pact Rwanda office, where he oversees all office operations and program management, as well as represents Pact at conferences, meetings with key stakeholders, and maintains a strong relationship within the international development community and government in Rwanda. He shows strong leadership skills with clear communication, ability to deliver on donor expectations and a strategic vision for the project and office. He has worked on projects funded by a variety of donors, including International Tin Association (ITA), IKEA Social Enterprise and FCDO, USAID, and the African Bank of Development. Ildephonse holds a Master of Science Degree in Earth Sciences and certificates in project management, monitoring and evaluation, USAID rules and regulations, and geological data management.
