About Ildiko Czvek

I lead commercial growth strategies that create traction in complex environments – from scaling ventures to transforming go-to-market across regions. With 15+ years of experience in strategy, sales, and marketing, I’ve built brands, launched new business lines, and led commercial transformation across Europe. Currently, I founded and scaled Beaulieu Creative, a corporate venture within Beaulieu Group. From white space to execution, I shaped its full GTM, value proposition, and pricing model, secured strategic partnerships with global brands, and led integration into a commercial business unit, while maintaining strategic ownership. Prior to that, I drove commercial excellence across multiple divisions: aligning commercial strategy, launching inside sales, building an account management system, and rolling out a sales academy across EMEA. I also led international marketing teams in FMCG and manufacturing.
