About Ilham Zaidan

As a recent graduate of the University Brawijaya's Bachelor's degree program, I'm looking for ways to get started on the path to success. Leadership, adaptability, and learning agility are important keys in determining who I am. I am now prepared to apply the outcomes of my personal development to my professional career. Honored as The Most Outstanding Student in Faculty of Engineering of University of Brawijaya in 2020, I have spent my time proactively in all areas of self-development. Several awards at national and international level competitions such as the gold and silver medals on BIXPO 2019, IYIA 2018, and RBL Eureka 2018 were the results of the teamwork research that I have been conducting since my first year of college. Since the beginning of my studies, I have participated in competitions, organizations, skill and competency development, and maintaining the stability of my GPA. My thesis focused on fatigue and fracture mechanics, especially on the result of friction weld joints. In addition, I was appointed as laboratory assistants coordinator, where I supervise dozens of assistants and guide hundreds of students on topics such as structure analysis, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and vibration analysis. My past research, organizational experience, and life lessons that I had also made me into a person with deep analytical thinking, a goal-driven mindset, and a strong desire to develop myself and make a meaningful contribution.
