About Ilianna Uhre

Hello! My name is Ilianna Uhre and I’m a second-year Business Administration student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, concentrating in Finance and minoring in Construction Management. I’m passionate about management, product leadership, and the process of turning ideas into real, successful outcomes. Whether through coursework or involvement in student organizations, I’ve learned how much I enjoy collaborating with teams planning, organizing, and driving projects from initial concept to completion. These experiences have strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional teamwork skills, and they’ve sparked my interest in pursuing roles where I can contribute to meaningful project and product initiatives. I’m eager to gain hands-on experience through internships that will challenge me, expand my skill set, and allow me to grow as a future business leader.
