I am a graduate from the University of Alberta in April 2010, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with a Major in Economics and Minor in Statistics. My education has challenged me to understand the fundamental principles of financial markets and statistics as well as the importance of ethics and accountability I have been working as Customer Service Representative in TD Canada Trust since August 2010. My experience with TD Canada Trust has taught me to better understand customer service, and retail banking operations. Through the experience of being Customer Service Representative, I was recognized for my excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. It resulted in exceeding my sales revenue goals every quarter. I also have been assisting my manger as a senior Customer Services Representative. I am reliable for any task and project that I have been responsible for. I really enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent customer service. I am able to work under pressure efficiently. Problem solving and self motivation to achieve a goal are the strongest abilities that I offer. I am sociable and have a very positive attitude. I am a good team worker as well. I was recognized for being a good team worker and making good referrals for the team. I always contribute to a positive working environment. I am always willing to help my team members and I am reliable for any project in the team. Additionally, I possess a strong work ethic and give a full commitment to any project I begin where I always maintain a positive outlook.
